1. 限压阀
作用：当锅内压力达到80kPa时，限压阀被顶起并开始间歇性跳动排气，将压力稳定在安全烹饪范围内。
判断标准：烹饪过程中限压阀缓慢、断续排气属正常现象；若剧烈喷气，请立即调小火力。
2. 防堵罩
作用：安装在限压阀进气口下方，过滤汤汁中的豆渣、米粒等大颗粒物，防止排气通道堵塞。
维护须知：每次使用后需拆下用刷子清洗，若网格变形或破损，请及时更换。
3. 安全阀
作用：当限压阀排气孔被异物彻底堵死时，安全阀将在压力超出安全阈值（约100-120kPa）时自动强行顶开，强制泄压，防止锅体爆裂。
注意：平时严禁按压或堵死此阀。一旦该阀动作（喷气），说明操作有误，需立即关火并检查限压阀。
Component Function Introduction
1. Pressure Limiting Valve
Function: When the internal pressure reaches 80kPa, the pressure limiting valve is lifted and begins to release steam intermittently, maintaining the pressure within a safe cooking range.
Evaluation Criteria: Slow, intermittent steam release during cooking is normal. If steam is released violently, reduce the heat immediately.
2. Anti-Clogging Cover
Function: Installed beneath the steam inlet of the pressure limiting valve, this cover filters out large food particles such as bean dregs and rice grains to prevent blockage of the exhaust channel.
Maintenance Instructions: Remove and clean with a brush after each use. If the mesh becomes deformed or damaged, replace it promptly.
3. Safety Valve
Function: In the event that the vent hole of the pressure limiting valve is completely blocked by foreign matter, the safety valve will automatically and forcibly open when the pressure exceeds the safety threshold (approximately 100–120kPa), releasing steam to prevent the cooker body from rupturing.
Caution: Do not press down on or block this valve under normal conditions. If this valve activates (releases steam), it indicates improper operation. Turn off the heat immediately and inspect the pressure limiting valve.
